Kibitzer's Corner
Dec-12-03  Helloween: Bologan made his pawn on e5 capturable with 23...Rfd8? Nikolic made a nice move with 29.e6!(29...fxe6?? 30.Bf6 wins), deflecting the Bishop from it's guard of c6 and creating the passed c-pawn.
Aug-16-07  aazqua: Oh no. Oh no, not again. I've searched and searched, but I cannot find a solid game by Nikolic that does not involve a major blunder by his opponent. For example, look at all four "notable" games - ALL involve major blunders by the opposition. I hope that the move log here is in error at move 52 and that white p*p occured BEFORE g5. If so, then congrats to Nikolic - finally a game of impressive economy where he converts to a win without help. If not, then please, please, explain how black chose not to play p*p for the easy win or at least b*p for the obvious draw. I have to assume the text is wrong here.
