  fredthebear: It's not often that a game ends on a retreating move that does not give check. What's more, the Black queen can capture with check! However, the White queen is about to give a decisive check on one square or another.

  wwall: Black resigned after 19.Qf3, but Black could hold out for a few more moves after 19...Qxb5+ 20.Kc1 Qxd3 21.Qxf7+ Kd8 22.cxd3.

White missed the better move of 19.Rxf7+!, forcing mate after 19...Kxf7 20.Qf3+ Kg6 (20...Kg7 21.Qf6+ Kg8 22.Rd8+ Qf8 23.Rxf8 mate or 23.Qxf8 mate) 21.Qf6+ Kh5 22.Rh3 Kg4 23.Be2 mate or 23 Qf3 mate.
