Kibitzer's Corner
Aug-25-06  notyetagm: 43 ♖xc7+!! is a brilliant sacrifice to convert connected advanced pawns into connected passed pawns.

After 43 ... ♖xc7 44 ♗xb6 ♖c8 45 ♗xd8 ♖xd8 46 b6, the White connected passed b6- and c6-pawns on the the 6th rank beat the Black rook.

Mar-03-09  mjk: 39... ♘xe4? makes the breakthrough possible. But 39... ♘e8 40.♗f5 ♖b8 41.♗d7 looks awful for Black, too.
Mar-03-11  brucejavier: what a nice finish, i dont think i can see that move in a real game.
Sep-15-11  Cemoblanca: That was a "Bogdan" Game! ;0)
