  offramp: Michell plays the opening badly, he messes about, 21.Kf1, 23.Kg1, and after 24...Qb7 black has the big threat of ....Ne5 or ....Ng5.

So Michell gives up the exchange with 25.Rxd6.

Then just a few minutes later Lilienthal traps the other rook with 27...Bd5! So white has to give up the other exchange. But he also gets two extra pawns. After 29.Qxd5+

Ina few moves, after 29.Bd5, white has quite a good position:

35...b5!, shatters the white position! Huge loss of materiel is unavoidable!
