<morf>, I practically made a living out of bashing on the Modern Benoni, but actually played it a few times at the end of my career. The only move order I used was following 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 e6 3.Nf3 (or 3.g3) c5, to avoid the pawn storm in the main line with 7.f4 Bg7 8.Bb5+. One of my numerous games with the latter is in this DB.

  perfidious: <morf>, even Lev Psakhis would only enter the Modern Benoni using the above move order; Nunn got smashed by Kasparov when he allowed 8.Bb5+ and thereafter only went into it the same way.
