offramp: Here is a picture of <LIFE Master AJ> sitting in the middle of his web site: http://www.photo12.com/images/10X15...
Apr-28-05  maoam: <offramp>

ROFL! Don't do that again, I nearly fell off my chair with laughter when I saw that picture (is it Francis Bacon?)!

Apr-28-05  Ezzy: <offramp> You should realise that there is no money in chess; That's how most Grandmasters live!! :-)
Apr-28-05  Broon Bottle: I see we DO have some English people on this site. Nice ch-cheers

offramp: It is indeed Francis Bacon in his famous studio. Well spotted <maoam> ! But doesn't it give the right *impression* of the website??
Apr-28-05  maoam: Oh indeed, it certainly does give the right impression!
Apr-29-05  LIFE Master AJ: <moaoam> _|_
Apr-29-05  maoam: I can only assume that it is a crude diagram of your reaction to the Francis Bacon picture -- sexual excitement!
Apr-29-05  TheSlid: Does the <LMAJ> diagram have some accepted meaning in the internet medium?

I am, thinking of signing up for the Charm School that our good freind <LIFE Master AJ> runs out in Florida. Any other takers amongst us crude, Northern Brits?

Apr-29-05  maoam: <Any other takers amongst us crude, Northern Brits?>

I don't think I should. The finer points of etiquette would simple be lost on a crude Northern chap like me. Toon army! Ahem.

Apr-29-05  TheSlid: <maoam> Which Uni are you at?
Apr-29-05  maoam: Newcastle upon Tyne!
Apr-29-05  TheSlid: Haway the Lads!
May-03-05  LIFE Master AJ: Maybe, ... ... ... maybe not.
May-03-05  panigma: Is anyone else besides me completely sick of LIFEMasterAJ and his constant references to his website?
May-08-05  aw1988: No, personally I'm more sick of soberknight's puns. I happen to enjoy Mr. Goldsby's dedication.
May-08-05  Milo: I think LMAJ was drawing a diagram of a hand.
May-08-05  aw1988: Hard to tell, 2 fingers or 2...
May-09-05  LIFE Master AJ: Actually the game itself deserves scrutiny. We have a player who lives in Pensacola, he is 2300+. He works as an Air Traffic Controller, so he does not play much chess right now. (He says when he retires, all he will do is play chess.)

Anyway, I showed him this game ... he didn't get any of the final moves right ... pretty awsome tactics.
