  Zenchess: According to this database it is. However, 16...c5! would have totally scuttled White's attack and left Black with the better game. That's what you get, though, when you stay away from chess for 9 months. FIDE's not keeping Pono from playing chess during this time; Pono himself is. This game kind of reminds me of the Mike Tyson loss last night. He got knocked out by a nobody after not boxing for 17 months. Tyson also had the better of his opponent until the 4th round; the only difference was that the agony was longer here.
