  Peligroso Patzer: This (position after 21. ... Qg8) is today's puzzle at ChessCafe.com.

Black, of course, was lost after 20. ... Qf7. Apparently he overlooked the Rook sacrifice (22. Rd8+!), which is based on continuing with the discovered check via the file-opening 23. fxe6+. It is an appealing combination, but it's a little surprising a 2460 player overlooked it.

Back at move 20, Black's best was probably 20. ... Bb7, with an approximately equal position.
