Kibitzer's Corner
Apr-29-11  jerseybob: If white castles long in a Q-side opening he better be careful(as Korchnoi learned the hard way a few times). 11.f4 is a lemon(11.Kb1 looks better),but Larsen's demonstration of why is very pleasing, capped by 20..c4!(21.Nxf2,Qb4)
May-13-11  BLarsen1967: <jerseybob> If 11.Kb1,then perhaps 11..c6 12.dxc6 bxc6 13.h3 f5 14.Bg5 Qd6 15.Bd3 and clearly Black must be better
May-30-11  jerseybob: BLarsen:I like your analysis up to 12..bxc6, but what exactly is 13.h3 supposed to accomplish? It looks like a classic do-nothing move. If white is to justify castling queenside - and I think it was dubious by the way - he's got to be more vigorous, like say with 13.Bh6 followed by h4-5. Even that may not be fast enough, but 13.h3 I just don't get.
