Jan-12-05  northernsoul: oops - and this Volker guy seems to lose a lot to this gambit
Jan-12-05  Gowe: 2.g4? very bad move
4.♘xe2 a horrible move.
10.♗g3? ♗xg3 10.Hxg3 ♕xh1
12.a6?
Both are saying, Please win me.
These guys plays awful. They should be like a 1300
Jan-12-05  Milo: 'Twas a correspondence theme tournament... I guess this opening was the theme.
Jan-12-05  hintza: 2.g4 features in the interesting game Bogart vs NN, 1933. The legendary Casablanca actor Humphrey Bogart played some rather decent chess. There is a little discussion about the 1.d4 Nf6 2.g4 gambit on that game page.
Jan-04-07  CitricAcid13: Where is 10. ...Bxg3???, why wouldn't that be played?
