Mar-27-05  fgh: Good game :)
Mar-27-05  acirce: 55.Rh4?? is quite a blunder. Maybe it was actually still a draw otherwise, in spite of all that forceful play -- 55.Rd4 Ke3 56.Rxh4 Kd3 57.Rh3+ Kxc4 58.Kf1! for example is a tablebase draw, 55..h3 56.Rd3+...

From the official site's report: <In the opening Morozevich attained nothing in a quiet anti-Sveshnikov and slowly but surely Black got the better game. Yet, instead of converting his advantage he spoiled it. Two instances he indicated after the game were 43…Kh6, where 43…g4 would have been winning, and 49…Bxg4, where 49…h3 would have clinched the issue. Suddenly Morozevich had the draw in sight but having survived the worst, he put an end to the game with the blunder 55.Rxh4.>

Mar-28-05  OneArmedScissor: The sequence of moves Kramnik makes after 36 are simply amazing.

Great Game =]
