Honza Cervenka: The game score here doesn't make a good sense and it is almost certainly incorrect. I guess that white played 24.Rf1 instead of 24.Rc1.

That would make more sense; it's a R-B1 error.

Dec-27-13  thomastonk: White's 24th has been corrected sometime, but other mistakes remained undiscovered.

White played 2.♗c4 and 3.♘f3, and Black 36.. ♖gd8. Source: von der Lasa's "Berliner Schacherinnerungen", p. 71-72. Correction slip sumbitted.

(I will change the date myself.)

Sebastian88: Wikipedia reports that the match with Karl Mayet took place in 1847, not 1837:

"In 1847, he won a match against Karl Mayet (+12 −5 =1)".

What is the correct date?
