  Honza Cervenka: Very interesting game with a thematic sac of Knight on e6 in Sicilian. A better defence of black could have been 18...Bxd6 19.Rxd6 Qe4 20.exf6 Qxe6 21.Rxe6 gxf6 (see diagram) where white finishes with three Pawns for a piece but still strugling for equality as one Pawn is going to fall.

Nevertheless, 22.Bf4+ Kd8 23.a3 Ra4 24.Bg3 Bxg2 25.Rd1 Kc8 26.Rd3 could be sufficient for white.

27...Qd7 was a blunder in difficult situation. 27...Qd5 28.Qc3+ Bc6 29.Rf1 Bd6 is more stubborn way to resist though white has huge advantage anyway.
