  chancho: This game is mentioned in game #3 of Fischer's book: My Sixty Memorable Games. Fischer said: "I was as impressed by that game as Petrosian must have been, since he got crushed."
Aug-11-06  builttospill: Impressive game. Vasiukov seems to have planned this kingside squeeze early on, starting with 8...f5. After 18...gxf4 the space advantage black has is incredible. He pretty much beats Tigran in his own game.

  Jonathan Sarfati: Very nicely played. The maneuvre ♘f6-h5-g7-e6-g5 was unexpected but devastating once complete.
