Kibitzer's Corner
Apr-14-15  Delboy: Nice queen sack to lock up the king in a cage. White cannot prevent the h-pawn advance and subsequent deadly opening of the h-file

perfidious: The irony in all this is that White bails out to reach an ending which is level on material, but is hopelessly lost because his queenside never gets unstuck until the end.
Apr-15-15  ughaibu: Wasn't the immediate 21...h4 stronger?
Sep-18-15  mikealando: Wow. Neautiful game. Another great Q-sac.

fredthebear: In the final position, Black is threatening 32...Rf1 which will allow the g-pawn to promote one way or another. White can try to blockade the g-pawn advance with 32.Rg1 (which also rules out 32...Rf1) but then 32...Bh2 casts a dark cloud on the White rook.
