An Englishman: Good Evening: Incidentally, this is a very good game by Tartakower. Look at how he turns a seemingly equal game at move 14 into a significant edge by move 20.

  GrahamClayton: White cannot accept the pawn sacrifice with 18. ♗xb5 due to 18...♘xb3 19. axb3 ♕g6, and the threat of 20...♖c2 cannot be stopped, eg 20. e4 ♗xe4 21. f3 ♖c2 22. fxe4 ♖xe2 23. ♗xe2 ♕xe4.
Sep-24-15  Nerwal: 33... b3!! is a very good move, as the bishop endgame is a simple win. Tartakower also pointed out correctly the rook endgame after 33... ♗xa2 34. ♗xa2 ♖xa2 35. ♖xb3 is a draw : neither 35... ♖b2 36. ♖a4 ♖a3 nor 36... a2 give Black real chances to convert. However the piece sacrifice 33... ♗xe4! was misassessed : 34. ♗xe4 b3 35. ♖d8!? ♖xa2 36. ♖d1 given as drawing by Tartakower is refuted by the beautiful idea 36... ♖d2!! 37. ♖a1 a2 39. ♔g2 ♖d1!!.
