Kibitzer's Corner
Sep-29-18  KSchlecher: Wonder why Viktor accepted or offered a draw here. The position seemed all the way winning for Viktor.

whiteshark: Dead draw, <KSchlecher>, that's why!
Sep-29-18  perfessor: Suppose Black heads to the Q-side with his king. The best he can do is allow a pawn trade, then win the White bishop for the other pawn. Then the White king cannot be forced away from h1 because the remaining bishop is the wrong color. A dead draw as can be found in all the books.
