Mateo: In this game Karjakin is not playing with a computer but like a chess machine. And even better: he is accurate like a chess machine and has the human knowledge about endings. This is a cocktail for a future world champion.

Maybe 36.Rb1 would have offered more drawing hopes.

Oct-22-07  you vs yourself: Beautiful endgame by Karjakin. Although the material is even after 38.gxf3, there are some imbalances: bishop vs knight, weak b3 pawn(black king's target) vs safe a5 pawn, connected pawns vs weak pawns on the kingside. Black did a fine job of exploiting all these imbalances in his favor.
Apr-23-08  positionalgenius: Another fine game from karjakin.
Sep-17-08  Xeroxx: Wow :D haha this is an awesome game by Karjakin :D
Oct-22-16  SpiritedReposte: <Mateo> with the prophecy, maybe lol we will see.

Whites knight just couldn't find a purpose the whole game.
