Dec-25-10  Elsinore: It's a pretty good pun b/c of whites name, but couldn't <CG> have a found a Christmas GOTD that wasn't a draw? Come on!!!! They could've gone with <"ReinDonner Games"> as well. Maybe not.

Phony Benoni: The other reindeer were no doubt kibitzing.

<Dasher>: Caro-Kann? Buck up and play a real opening!

<Blitzen>: This game is going too slow. Why aren't you playing 5-minute?

<Cupid>: Oh, look! The kingside pawns have formed little bows, and Black's has an arrow sticking out!

<Prancer>: No knights left? Stupid game!

<Vixen>: Black must be winning. Giving away your only seductive piece never bodes well for the future.

<Dancer>: Look at those rooks jumping all over the place! White must be winning!

<Comet>: Yeah, he's really cleaning up on that 7th rank.

Meanwhile, the Clauses and all their little subClauses were watching the fun.

<Mrs. Claus>: Oh, Santa, your reindeer must be so clever to be able to play chess!

<Santa>: Oh, I don't know. Donder keeps misspelling his name on the scoresheet.

Dec-25-10  Llawdogg: Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!
Dec-25-10  neverSummeRed: <Elsinore> : Christmas is about sharing ... here these 2 players perfectly demonstrate Christmas spirit by sharing the point x)
Dec-25-10  CapablancaFan122: Merry Christmas to all!

Oh... Good game btw :)

Dec-25-10  anhao: 3rd!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!
Dec-25-10  Chessmensch: So why wasn't this a blitz(en) game?
Dec-25-10  weisyschwarz: <Chessmensch> because Reindeer pause. A blessed Christmas, fellow kibitzers.
