Mar-04-13  Garech: Very aesthetic how the knights move together as a phalanx!

kingscrusher: I have video annotated this game here:

Aug-09-13  GumboGambit: Looks like Nakamura is the crafty one.
Nov-02-13  chesswar1000: Funny thing is that Nakamura mated Rybka with 5 BLACK BISHOPS also...
Nov-17-13  Chessman1504: Easily the funniest game I've ever seen.
Premium Chessgames Member
kevin86: Or should I be saying: She'll be riding six BLACK horses?
Sep-19-14  Garech: This has to get GOTD someday!

Feb-18-15  DanielHoseano: Knightmare!
Feb-18-15  morfishine: Wow, all those horses threw me
Premium Chessgames Member
OhioChessFan: I have no doubt I'd have stalemated White.
Premium Chessgames Member
  OhioChessFan: Thought process:

"1. Nc6? You want to start a game with a Knight? I'll show you a Knight!"

May-02-15  DanielHoseano: You meant Nc3 bro?
Apr-11-17  SuperPatzer77: Six headless horsemen --- Yiiiikes!!! They keep chasing the British investigator Ichabod in Sleepy Hollow, England. LOL LOL
Premium Chessgames Member
Korora: Watch out Crafty, here come the Elements of Harmony!
Dec-09-18  jith1207: <SuperPatzer:Six headless horsemen>

fredthebear: Here's the Opening of the Day in a blitz game. White transposes to a classical approach, while Black takes up a hypermodern Hippopotamus of sorts.

10.d5 starts a chain of events that eventually results in White having a bad bishop, but computer evaluations will prefer White at that early point due to more developed pieces. The Black knights -- and then some -- dominate this closed structure (closed structures used to confuse computers) turned amusement park.

Nakamura has conducted many superb kingside steam rollers out of the related King's Indian Defense, so this result should come as no surprise. Say what you will about the frivolous finish, which I blame on the computer for failing to resign in a ridiculous empty-handed position. No harm in some blitz fun as far as I'm concerned.

Jun-18-20  ILoveHammerschlag: I once mate a person with 4 Rooks and 1 queen and 2 knights....
Premium Chessgames Member
moronovich: It is the most mated king,I have ever seen :)
Jun-18-20  ndg2: A sight to behold, no doubt
Premium Chessgames Member
stormsoflife2001: pure art... like painting a picture on the chess boards with knights....

Korora: <A sight to behold, no doubt>

Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Fluttershy, and Twilight Sparkle all chip in.

louispaulsen88888888: I usually get a bunch of queens when my opponent won?t resign. I?ll have to try this. But be careful. I have accidentally had a couple of stalemates!

louispaulsen88888888: Are other people seeing a question mark instead of an apostrophe?
Aug-21-21  Z4all: <louispaulsen88888888> It's a known issue that <CG> has been working on for awhile now.
