Kibitzer's Corner
Jan-20-08  arnaud1959: I think that Kramnik has a real tournament strategy. He takes into account the games left, his and the others'. So he chooses when to rest a little bit. He pushed hard against Aronian but not against Polgar. The simple fact that Aronian, even after losing to Kramnik has the same amount of points as him shows that Kramnik is not wrong. But a surprise is always to be expected.
Jan-20-08  littlefermat: Kramnik pushed hard against Polgar as well, but it was her f-pawn--it's a thorn in his side. A draw was a sensible choice.
Jan-22-08  shintaro go: Kramnik will not win Corus because of this result.
