  fredthebear: 19.Re7 is an interesting final move for a draw offer.

The final position appears to set a queen trap besides directly threatening to capture her majesty. If 19...BxRe7 then 20.Qg4 threatens mate and 21.Nh6+ then discovers the unprotected Black queen.
