May-06-09  ToTheDeath: Fischer's first KID in the database. Amazing how strong he was even at that age. Can you imagagine sitting across the board from some 12 year old kid and he thrashes you this bad?

Of course Black is winning here- maybe Bobby was in time pressure or just afraid of losing to an older opponent.

May-06-09  AnalyzeThis: Yes, you're right, after 33.... Bd4 white is begging for mercy.

wwall: 28...Raf8 may be too slow. Best seems to be 28...h5 29.Rxf4 exf4 30.Bxf4 Bf6, winning the exchange.
Oct-01-13  MrJafari: an informative game of great Fischer...

MissScarlett: Donaldson in <Bobby Fischer and His World>, p.11, says this - Fischer's earliest surviving rated USCF game - was found by Fred Wilson. <Wilson picked up this game score by accident when he found it hidden in the pages of a book he acquired at an auction in the mid-1990s.>

phenstyle: although black is winning, it's going to take a lot more moves of precise play to convert this...
