<48 ...Kc2?> should have lost and instead Black had to play <48...a2> 49.Nb3 Ka3 50.h3=

With his N White can deal with the two passed pawns and still win even if the Black K dashes across to the K-side.

So after <48 ...Kc2?>:

<49. Nc6!> b3 50. Nd4+ Kb2 51. Nxb3 a2 52. Kb4 Kc2 53. Ka3 Kd3 54. Kxa2 Ke3 55. h3 Kf3 56. Nd4+ Kg2 57. Nf5 Kxh3 58.Nxh6
