HeMateMe: Anyone see why white resigned here? time forfeit?

Maybe she left for the restroom and was one minute late in returning, and was forfeited by the tournament organizers?

Zenchess: I sure don't get it.
Oct-26-09  Fish55: Maybe an incomplete score? White is in a defensive huddle, black's pieces are much more active. The next moves might be 26. Rc1, Rxc1 27. Bxc1, Rc8 28. Bd2, Ne5.

HeMateMe: Black is better, but there doesn't seem to be an immediately winning combination. Maybe her cell phone rang and her citizenship was revoked by FIDE/Gestapo?
