27...RxBf1+ is quite playable. If 28.KxRf1 Qh1+ leads to mate in three.

Black must decline the sacrifice with 28.Kd2, and drop his unprotected rook after 28...RxRa1. The Black rook collects two units off White's back rank easy as it pleases.
