Mar-02-12  King Death: It was a surprise to find a bunch of games with 5.h4 elsewhere although it doesn't score well. Even the only win by White in the three games in CG wasn't convincing as Black hung a piece for nothing. White should have just transposed into the Classical with 5.d4 g5 6.0-0 Bg7 7.c3 Nc6 though this is equal.

That's the way to treat a patient!

Had never seen 5.h4 till now and it does not impress at first glance; as noted by <King Death>, better to simply go in for 5.d4 etc.
