fredthebear: 10...QxRa1 would get her trapped after 11.Bf3, as the h2-pawn is defended by the distant White queen.

One would think White's missing kingside pawns would be a significant disadvantage after the queens are exchanged 16.QxQf5 in the middlegame. Instead, Black's lack of development and the open e-file haunts him.

23...Nf6 gives away the knight after 24.BxNf6. If Black had recaptured 24...RxBf6, then 25.Re8+ Kg7 26.Nxh5+ Kg6 27.NxRf6 and White wins the exchange and a pawn.

At game's close, 30.Re5 prepares the fork 31.Nf6+ RxNf6 32.BxRf6 with bishop protection from RxRe5. Moving the Black monarch to other squares allows alternative tactical checks.

Apr-04-18  Toribio3: Bu Xiangzhi is the conqueror of Magnus Carlsen. No wonder, he played like Korchnoi; addicted to open games.
