  fredthebear: 21...Re3! is a fine move that could be easily overlooked. If the White queen captures the bold rook, she will be pinned to her king.

25...Qf6 is a bully taunt, taking advantage of the White rook that dare not leave the first rank. If the White rook were to capture the Qf6, it would allow a double discovered check and mate by the Black rook diving to the 1st rank.

It is quite dangerous to leave one's king exposed on a "checkable" square.
