Apr-14-12  positionalgenius: At first glance 23.Nd2 seems like a very bad move.
Apr-15-12  balzarius: In fact 23Nd2 is both Fritz and Houdini main preference.But I must agree that from a human point of view,this move is very unaesthetic.

  OhioChessFan: White has nothing else. If 23. Bxe4 Bxc4 24. Qc2 Nxe4 25. Qxe4 Bxa2 White is worse than in the game.

As for the game line, the simple 25. b3 might have saved the game for White.
