  Count Wedgemore: <PJs Studio> Yes, the d6/e6 setup may be a good try against the London, but White misplays this a bit already in the opening. In the London, White almost always plays an early e3, but here is an exception: after 4...d6, White should really have grabbed central space with 5.e4. And allowing ...Nxf4 is always a bit suspect. That is why White often plays an early h3 when employing a London setup, in order to be able to preserve his DSB in case Black attacks it with ...Nh5.
