I'd say White has a plus here (it's an ending and because this place has more computers running than Silicon Valley 'a plus' is as far as I go)

A Black pawn is going to drop a pawn and attempts to save it with Rf1 or Rf4 meet Rd7+ and corridor mates are on the board.

Also, I do think it is the case here, sometimes in double Rook endings if both Rooks can go to the same square then the score has the wrong Rook so the position we are seeing is not what was on the board.
