When the game was published in "Chess Life" (September 1962,p.196), White's <14.h4> received the extraordinary distinction of an exclamation point and diagram. (Most unannotated games, however brilliant, had neither.).

Me, I don't see the point. It's certainly an unexpected move, and the h-pawn did reach the Heights of Glory. But I still don't see why White would choose not to recapture the piece.
