  Gilmoy: <18..c4 19..Nd3> is good. White can have the d3-pawn, but can't keep it, since her disconnected Rs create a pin e4: 21.Qxd3 Nc5 22.Qc2 Bxd5 23.Ng3 and Black has any of Qb6, Qa5, Rc8. Opening c is hugely in Black's favor.

Hence <19.f4> was bad. Probably allowing the <16.Nc4 17.Nce5> tour was already too passive. White's play is a bit too knee-jerk, responding to stimuli instead of running the experiment.
