luzhin: Kosteniuk can add this to her solitary win v Carlsen in the 2009 Blitz world championship. She may be outclassed by the top men, but she is a fighter!

whiteshark: Welcome to <the Kosteniuk Club>, Vladimir.

Actually her only win out of 11 games so far.

Nov-13-14  RookFile: That's fine, Kramnik lost a blitz game. It happens.
Nov-13-14  Macbeth: Seriously guys, is there something worst for a male chess player ego than to lost to a stunning beauty. Yeah, I know is kind a sexist comment, but come on

Seriously I don't get it. Losing or winning I'd rather have her in front of me than, let's say, the stunning beauty and cheerful glance of Korchnoi.

perfidious: If one only notices the attractiveness of one's opponent, they are getting played.
Nov-14-14  vkk: I'd rather have korchnoi

From the videos I've seen the man has one hell of a personality

luzhin: You might say that: look at the youtube of him storming off after losing a blitz game to Zsofia Polgar in 2002 --now there's someone who REALLY couldn't handle being beaten by a female.

HeMateMe: This is the funniest ever, watch Kosteniuk explain how Carslen tried cheating against her, in a blitz game:

Nov-14-14  Travis Bickle: <perfidious: If one only notices the attractiveness of one's opponent, they are getting played.> Yeah but your gay. LOL!
Jan-05-15  Severin: It's irritating how people talk about this game as if it's an accomplishment. It's her first win against Kramnik (all of their games in the DB are blitz and Kramnik won 3 out of the 4 of them) and it's in a blitz tournament where she had one of the worst performances I've ever seen by any player in any tournament. TWO wins and TWENTY losses. People worship her and sing her praises because she's attractive, but really guys, I see plenty of women as attractive as her every day, and some more so. You all need to stop feeding her ego.....and, yeah, I realize I'm super late in commenting on this game. I operate at my own pace.
