  kbob: I think there is at least a weak computer consensus that the position is slightly better for black after 16 a4, but 16. Rxe7? followed by 17. c3 is the now instantly famous preparation lapse Ivanchuk - W. So Tata Steel 2015

  tamar: Perhaps if this game had ended in a win, it would be more famous, and Ivanchuk would have been aware of the danger of this line.

Gustafsson apparently spoiled his win by not playing bxa4 when given the opportunity either on move 25 or move 29
