Kibitzer's Corner
Dec-07-14  siggemannen: wow, how to lose a totally won position...
Dec-07-14  spysfi: Naka blundered his bishop against a 2300 player but poor Adair's "fear of success" handed him the game... 38.Nf4 was a terrible move, he might be completely confused at that moment!

  MissScarlett: <38.Nf4 was a terrible move>

I think he still had about 6 minutes left (with a 10 second increment). Anyway, no pointing beating up on him, because he must be doing an excellent job of it himself.

Dec-07-14  SirRuthless: The better player won in the end like happens so often. Against Nakamura a position is never won until he signs the scorecard; that is, unless your name is Carlsen.
Dec-07-14  dumbgai: Adair should be stripped of his IM title for this game.

JointheArmy: This game is no surprise. Nakamura could have given piece odds from the beginning and won against this 2400.

chancho: Maybe Adair could not bring himself to believe that he was actually winning, and started losing the thread to the game.
Dec-08-14  310metaltrader: I missed a mate in one, twice, against an 1800 (i am a 1300 total novice), because the piece that had to give mate was stuck to the back rank stopping the passed pawn.

In a way, this is a worse loss and maks me feel not so bad. All he had to do was push the a pawn. Also, he missed a bunch of simplifications.

Mar-08-15  Mnemic: You lot are ridiculous, do you have any idea of the pressure these players experience when facing someone as strong as Nakamura? It's all so easy to sit behind your trusty engine friends, criticising the play, but lets be frank, every one of you would get slaughtered in his shoes.
Jun-03-15  hadi706: پوزیشن برنده رو توی حرکت 38 واگذار کرد خلی اشتباه بدی بود
