keypusher: I watched this from the trade of the last pair of rooks at move 30 until the end. For most of that time Carlsen had around 18 seconds on his clock and Naiditsch had about six.

Black picked up two pawns around move 35 and I was quite certain Naiditsch would lose. But he kept fighting.

Note how this formation around move 59 keeps White's king at bay:

But eventually the knight had to go to the kingside, and Naiditsch managed to wipe out Carlsen's last two pawns.

Amazing defensive effort by Naiditsch!

Penguincw: This was the 4th overall tiebreaker game (and 2nd of 2 with the 5 2 time control). The winner of this game would win the match, otherwise it would go into Armageddon.

Great game, especially since it went all the way the match was going to end right there, but he got the draw.
