 | | alexmagnus: So, this is Carlsen's first ever official win (in his second game, his first being a loss Carlsen vs Stefan Randjelovic, 1999) |

May-24-16 | | User not found: AlexMagnus.. 9.Ba3? started off this disaster which looks like one of my blitz games, lol. I'm not sure how old Carlsen's opponent was here because he has no bio but he must have been 9-10 years old too. |

Aug-22-16 | | lentil: Also 36 Qg2. Was W in time trouble? |

Sep-23-16 | | dannygjk: 8.b3 is questionable but 10.Rb1 is losing. As usual the player lost the game not the opening choice. |

Nov-06-16 | | bla bla: Whay not 26..Qe1+ and white must accept replacement queens?? |

Nov-20-16 | | Christoforus Polacco: Because Magnus was a child. I played at 2006 and I lost against a little girl 8 years old Judyta Lachowicz (she was multi Polish champion at her age category and she was also master of European Union until 10 years old) and she was much better than Magnus in her age !!! Really. http://www.365chess.com/search_resu... But now Magnus is WC and Judyta has stopped to play chess. Life it's life. P.S. I gave her all my chess books after that lost game :) Tal, Nimzowitsch, Gawlikowski, Estrin - more than 20 books. |

Now I am left to wonder if perhaps she thought those books were no good since she defeated you? I have been summarily dismissed in such a way by an egotistical teenager. |

 | | fearlessone: After he up a full rook it all childs play around move 25. I didn't get any points for queen trades three times after move 25.... also Magnus missed checkmate at least twice. Was very disappointed with quality of this game. Looks like Magnus opponent just hung his rook like a 1200. Seems game should be abandoned after move 25. |

 | | keypusher: < fearlessone: After he up a full rook it all childs play around move 25.> It was child's play from beginning to end. They were both 9 years old. Even among great masters, Sammy Reshevskys are rare. |

Hopefully (i) she got some enjoyment out of the books (ii) she gave them to someone else when she was done. |

Jun-20-19 | | An Indianman: Good evening: I also was disappointed with the quality of the game fearlessone. I mean, you would think an 8 year old would put out higher quality games. |
