Kibitzer's Corner
Jan-18-21  TheBish: White missed 28. Qxh7+! Kf8 (Black gets mated quickly after 28...Kxh7 29. Rh1+) 29. Bxg6! Qxg6 (or 29...Ke7 30. Qh4+ and the attack continues, e.g. 30...Kf8 31. Bg7+! Kxg7 32. Qh7+ Kf6 33. Qxf7#) 30. Bb4+ and Black is busted. Seems like White's position was so good, he had multiple paths to victory.

The position at move 28 seems very familiar; I think I've seen it on a tactics app (either on my phone or at lichess), where the queen sac was the key move in the solution.
