Jan-25-17  SimonWebbsTiger: absolute tragedy for Chucky. He failed to keep proper score and was shocked to discover he had only made 39 moves, not 40, thereby losing on time.
Jan-25-17  SuperPatzer77: <SimonWebbsTiger> Yeah, he skipped the move 24 and left it blank on the scoresheet. That cost him a game. If he didn't skip that, he would've won the game for sure.

WannaBe: Just submitted a pun on this game, yes, it's player's name, and yes, it's probably lame, and yes, it will probably get panned.

=))

tamar: Let's see, a pun. I hope it wasn't Ori Got Game.
Jan-26-17  ColeTrane: Was the pun a play on Oye Como Va...?

  WannaBe: <ColeTrane> *wink*. Yep.
Jan-26-17  Marmot PFL: too bad, and an easy win after 40 Rb8+ Kc6 41 Ra8 (Kd7 42 Rf7+)
Jan-26-17  Caissanist: I did this once, in a winning position against a much higher rated player. It's probably the most vivid memory I have of any tournament game I ever played. No matter how great your wins are, it's the screwups you remember best (worst?).
