Dec-29-17  hcgflynn: 60. - Rf1+ and Rxf6 seems easier.

  patzer2: Instead of 11. cxd5 = (-0.08 @ 33 ply, Stockfish 8), White can improve by avoiding the isolated pawn with 11. Nxd5 ⩲ (+0.40 @ 33 ply, Stockfish 8) as in the drawn game M Leski vs J L Chabanon, 1997.

Instead of 11. f4 Ng4 ⩱ (-0.29 @ 31 ply, Stockfish 8), White is apparently OK after 11. f3 = (0.00 @ 32 ply, Stockfish 8).

offramp: A very good pun today from <thathwamasi>. But perhaps Grishuk's normal nickname of "Grish" could have been used.

Happy Christmas, everyone!

ChessHigherCat: 60...Rf1+ would have been rather discouraging, too (-132.77)
