  Check It Out: It's 22...Bxh3. If 23.gxh3 Qxd4 and if 24.Qxd4 Nf3+

saffuna: Damn, I should have considered that maybe the wrong move had been written.

Thanks.

  HeMateMe: sharp stuff from AK.
Feb-09-19  parmetd: Even still 23. gxh3 is probably the best try to save the game. Sure black's better, but I am not convinced it's an easy win after 23... Qxd4 24. Qxd4 Nf3+ 25. Kg2 Nxd4 26. Bd3 It's unclear how it's best for black to proceed and make the extra pawn felt. So the true blunder is 23. Nc6? ∓ I guess while it's very easy to see the tactic 23. gxh3 Qxd4 24. Qxd4 Nf3+ It's very hard to make your mind calculate further than that and realize it's not as bad as the initial shock of the tactic made it appear to be.
Feb-10-19  Stanley Yee: 30... Qe5 is just brilliant. There are mate threats on both back ranks, so one has to be careful.
