  woldsmandriffield: 14..h5 and 17..c5 were very dynamic. Bates went astray with 21 Qd5 allowing the elegant 21..Qg3!

Would Jovanka Houska have taken the draw after 21 Qd3 Rxb5 or gone for it with 21..Rh6!? One suspects the latter!

White can give up the Queen for two Rooks and a Knight to try and stop the mate but it still fails.
