Kibitzer's Corner
Aug-17-19  WhoKeres: Karjakin should be ashamed! After white's 9th move he had a clear advantage: 2 bishops, ahead in development, and more space. 10. d5 just leads to a bunch of exchanges. Qd2 looks better to me. In any event, I can't imagine Shak holding this position against Tal, Fischer, or Kasparov.
Aug-18-19  Ulhumbrus: If Mamedyarov is able to defend the game after 10 d5 two examples of an alternative are 10 0-0 and 10 Qe2.

Carlsen: "When Mamedyarov and Karjakin play, everybody knows what's gonna happen." #SinquefieldCup>

May-13-20  1d410: My guts tell me there is a trick that didn't happen. This is exactly what I would expect from this opening that's how I know there's a trick because they expect this too so why play it?
