Dec-09-19  spingo: There is a wonderful Steinitz-Chigorin vibe coming from this game. Nothing specific, it's just that I can imagine this game being played at some time between them.

White is the exchange down. He has only his queen in the vicinity of Black's king. His rook is doing nothing so he uses it to deflect the black queen from access to f7.
