This is the Exchange Variation of the Polishing Opening. It's one of the most common Black approaches, else 2...d6. All Polishing Opening variations use the ECO code A00, as do other unusual pawn openings, such as Anderssen's Opening 1.a3.

Timur Gareyev is the blindfold king. (His biography is badly outdated.) He's a swell ambassador for chess, catering to players of all ranks and ages. I'd recommend watching TG perform an exhibition once this COVID-19 pandemic passes.
