Jun-07-20  SirChrislov: The sheer genius in ditching the a-pawn, seeing it has done enough damage and switching operations over to the other wing, knowingly with an active rook. simply exceptional.

An Englishman: Good Evening: Carlsen might have gotten lucky. Some commentators recommended 33...Bd5.
Jun-08-20  Chess With Utkarsh: Let the Magnus Revenge Tour begin! Here's my short analysis of this game:

Magnus tried to give the game away twice - first on move 33.Qb7, and second with 55.g5.

fredthebear: 12...g5?! and 15.d6?! were not on my radar. Maybe I should watch the video and learn something?!

In retrospect, each pawn move did have an idea to support it. The basis of good chess is to formulate a plan (orthodox or unusual) and then try to execute it; cause the opponent to react properly.

Unless he already has a belly full of berries, in which case he'll probably take off downhill/around the hill (but not uphill) for a crap, a nap, and a scratch or two.
