Kibitzer's Corner
Jun-07-20  MordimerChess: It seems to me that move 41. b5 was the final blunder.

If Magnus goes for very important move 41. Kf2 then he would probably draw the game because he would be on time on catching e3 pawn, for example:

41. Kf2 Bf4 (wall vs king) 42. b5 Ke8 43. b6 Kd7 44. b7

44...Kc6 45. Bd2 Bb8 46. Ke3 Kxb7 47. Kxd3=
44...g5 45. b8=Q Bxb8 46. Ke3 f5 47. Kxd3=

And if Jeffery tries the same g6, h5 idea, then: 41. Kf2 g6 42. Ke3 h5 43. gxh5 gxh5 44. Kxd3= and still time to catch another pawn.

Jun-09-20  Chess With Utkarsh: What a BEAUTIFUL game by a 19 year old chess prodigy. Magnus unfortunately blundered on move 28 with Ra1. Here's my short analysis of this game: https://youtu.be/1jLQy6JsdG4

Thank you :)

Jun-09-20  hdcc: Xiong moves.
