Penguincw: Congrats to 28th seed IM Danny Raznikov for beating top seed Vladimir Onischuk at the Zalakaros Open in Round 7. Then for an encore, he downed 14th seed IM Dennis Wagner to finish with 6/9 (+5,-2,=2) and also gain 14.6 rating points. He is now at 2498.6, a mere point away from crossing the 2500 barrier again.

He's already a GM, so I guess it doesn't matter, but his 2603 allows this to be a bonus GM norm.
